During this unique time when construction projects have been stalled and many properties continue to struggle, McCOR Management is extremely pleased to announce that an agreement has been finalized with Old Navy seeing the popular brand joining the Mayflower Mall community in Sydney, Nova Scotia.
With continued efforts of the McCOR leasing team, along with investment partner, Montez Corporation and construction team from Brilun Construction, the 12,186 square foot unit currently under development is expected to open March 2021. This will be the fourth Old Navy to open in Nova Scotia and the first outside of the Halifax market.
Old Navy will be a welcome addition to Mayflower Mall and will be the catalyst for more stores to come to the Sydney market as some normalcy returns to everyday life during these unprecedented times.
