Luc Corneli's career in real estate goes back more than three decades, starting when he joined the management team of a small shopping centre in Quebec.


Doug McDonald brings over 20 years of senior real estate experience to McCOR Management. A proven industry leader within the commercial sector Doug has built an impressive portfolio of clients across Western Canada.


Curtis Loewen is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of McCOR West. He oversees all property management operations and client development throughout Western Canada. In addition Curtis holds a senior position in the national corporate services department of McCOR. Curtis is based out of Winnipeg.



As COO-West, Sonny oversees the allocation of personnel resources and service delivery to our clients in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.


Robin has over 30 years’ experience and demonstrated expertise in the financial management aspect of real estate services.


Sante has over three decades of experience in Property Management with a strong focus on property transition leadership and building customer-focused teams.



Prior to joining McCOR in 2021 as Executive Vice President of its Western Realties Group, Ken was with Cushman & Wakefield for over 30 years. He began his commercial real estate career with A.E. LePage in 1984, becoming Vice President and Managing Director of the Cushman & Wakefield Winnipeg office in 2002 through to 2012.


Lisa has over 20 years of progressive accounting experience – ensuring McCOR Management's accounting policies and procedures are on the industry’s leading edge.


Rheal has been a leading proponent in construction since 1988, having sat on the Masterformat and specifications councils. He has been involved in over $1 billion dollars in civil construction projects.



General Manager, Associate Broker, and Senior Property Manager of the Edmonton McCOR Management team.  In addition to project management, she has more than 20 years of experience, in commercial property management ranging from retail, office, strip centres, to industrial sites.


Doug is a career property manager with over 35 years of experience. His background includes management of office, industrial, retail and residential properties located across Canada and in the USA.


Prior to joining McCOR in 2018 as a Property Manager, Wendy was employed by property management companies in the Regina market since the mid-90s in various administrative roles. She has served as Treasurer of BOMA Saskatchewan since 2011, has instructed BOMI courses, and enjoys lifelong learning.



Robin Hardman comes with twelve years of experience in residential management and three years of condo management and has been working in commercial property management since 2015 with office, retail and industrial properties under her care. Robin also has experience in real estate development and asset re-positioning.


Steve is responsible for ensuring the technical operations of the properties within the portfolio, supervising building operations’ staff including contractors, and managing maintenance contracts.


Sabrina brings decades of experience to her role as Regional Coordinator-East. As the main office administrator, she meticulously handles documentation requirements, including archival and legacy property information.



With over 20 years of experience in the Canadian Shopping Centre Industry specializing in commercial leasing, Brittany’s creative vision and ability to see past the existing retail has helped to build significant value to clients’ portfolios by maximizing each site’s full potential.


Her experience goes back over 15 years, handling a variety of leasing responsibilities as a broker, tenant and landlord. This has given her a diverse and unique understanding of the perspectives from all sides of the leasing transaction.


Fabio is a real estate executive with over 20 years of industry experience having represented national landlords and tenants. With a B. Comm. from the University of Bologna, his experience, knowledge and access to national landlords & retailers are an asset in this post-Pandemic economy. Fabio is also the President of the Real Estate Institute of Canada’s Toronto Chapter (REIC) and holds various industry designations.



Clear, effective and precise are words that Hannah holds true as a graphic designer, bringing experience from past ventures with real estate agents, brokers, and a variety of different clients to McCor.
