McCOR Management is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the management, leasing and redevelopment of Westmount Shopping Centre in London, Ontario. The Centre consists of 538,150 square feet of building and amenities on a site of 31 acres.

This follows the recent acquisition of the Centre by Kingsett Real Estate Growth LP No.6 and CCI Corpfin Capital Acquisition Fund 1 LP in co-ownership. This is the second acquisition that Kingsett and Corpfin have finalized in the past twelve months. Ownership sees this property as a great re-positioning opportunity to create a vibrant mixed-use development.
