Luc Corneli's career in real estate goes back more than three decades, starting when he joined the management team of a small shopping centre in Quebec.


Doug McDonald brings over 20 years of senior real estate experience to McCOR Management. A proven industry leader within the commercial sector Doug has built an impressive portfolio of clients across Western Canada.


Gregg Fera brings over 30 years of experience in commercial construction and development as Owner’s representative from advisory and consultative assignments to full project implementation.



As COO-West, Sonny oversees the allocation of personnel resources and service delivery to our clients in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.


Linda has over 30 years of third party retail and mixed-use property management experience, including leasing, asset management, operations, development and marketing.


Robin has over 20 years experience and demonstrated expertise in the financial management aspect of real estate services.



Alan brings over 18 years of experience in retail and industrial property management to McCor Management.


With a career in property management that dates back to 1980, Linda Hachey boasts extensive expertise in leasing, construction planning and coordination, marketing and operations.


Her experience goes back over 15 years, handling a variety of leasing responsibilities as a broker, tenant and landlord. This has given her a diverse and unique understanding of the perspectives from all sides of the leasing transaction.



Laurie's responsibilities include overall management of operations, profitability, and assisting with business development for our Saskatchewan property management portfolio.


Cathy has an in-depth knowledge with respect to all aspects of property management relating to office, retail (strip, enclosed and power centre), and industrial real estate.


As Regional Coordinator-West for the company, Gerry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role, which includes the provision of administrative support to commercial property management, real estate sales and leasing transactions, and corporate requirements.



Lisa has over 20 years of progressive accounting experience – ensuring McCOR Management's accounting policies and procedures are on the industry’s leading edge.


Michelle Scanlon brings 12 years of experience in the property management field to her role with McCOR Management (East) Inc. Michelle has a well-rounded background in property, office and facility management.


Brandon is a Certified General Accountant with more than 11 years of accounting experience in the real estate industry from the tenant side as well as from the landlord side. It is with this experience that Brandon has gained an understanding of what both sides are looking for from an accounting perspective.



Brittany brings over a decade of leasing and redevelopment experience to McCor Realties (Ontario) Inc. With vast Pan-Canadian experience, Brittany has played a vital role in the redevelopment of over 3 million square feet of retail projects. Her creative vision and ability to see past the existing to achieve a site's full potential helps clients build significant value to their portfolios.


Dan has represented numerous clients on a national basis, developing and executing real estate strategies that maximize and preserve value.


Fabio is a real estate executive with over 20 years of industry experience having represented national landlords and tenants. With a Business B.A. from the University of Bologna, his knowledge of and access to international retail markets, languages and experience are an asset in this global economy.



Clear, effective and precise are words that Hannah holds true as a graphic designer, bringing experience from past ventures with real estate agents, brokers, and a variety of different clients to McCor.


Sabrina brings decades of experience to her role as Regional Coordinator-East. As the main office administrator, she meticulously handles documentation requirements, including archival and legacy property information.
