SITUATION

To set up the original maintenance contracts, staffing and coordinate Tenant move-ins for a 95,000 square foot power centre.

SOLUTION

  • We managed the property for the Building Developer and then the Purchaser so that we would be involved with the initial building set up and, tenant move-ins.
  • We facilitated the original “Grand Opening” events hosted by our tenants.
  • We work with reputable contractors, and trades who have been involved with the property

OUTCOME

We have developed successful relationships with our tenants and also the trades who have serviced the property since it was constructed.  The building is  performing in line with the owners objectives.
