L\u2019un des collaborateurs cl\u00e9s fut Yardstick Technologies, une firme locale de TI de premier plan qui partageait la vision d\u2019un co-investissement et de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de l\u2019immeuble. Yardstick cherchait \u00e9galement un espace pour soutenir sa croissance, ce qui en faisait un locataire strat\u00e9gique et un partenaire naturel.  <\/p>\n<p>Avec Yardstick et deux autres partenaires \u00e0 parts \u00e9gales, McCOR a structur\u00e9 un partenariat occupant plus de 50 000 pi\u00b2.
