Situ\u00e9 \u00e0 London, en Ontario, o\u00f9 il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 trop de magasins, la perte des deux magasins piliers aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s probl\u00e9matique pour le centre. Au moment de l&#8217;achat, le taux d&#8217;inoccupation \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9lev\u00e9. L&#8217;actif \u00e9tait d\u00e9tenu par un fonds dont la date d&#8217;expiration approchait et le gestionnaire du fonds devait vendre. Le niveau sup\u00e9rieur de la cible a \u00e9t\u00e9 abandonn\u00e9 et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour devenir le meilleur espace de bureau de sa cat\u00e9gorie avec une lucarne, un mur vivant et des \u00e9quipements de pointe. 29 000 pi\u00b2 de cet espace de bureau sont sous contrat et nous pr\u00e9voyons d&#8217;avoir lou\u00e9 la moiti\u00e9 de l&#8217;espace d&#8217;ici le deuxi\u00e8me trimestre de 2020.
