As Regional Coordinator-West for the company, Gerry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. She has spent her entire working career in the real estate services business and has been with McCOR Management and its predecessor companies for over 25 years. Gerry’s background includes providing administrative support to commercial property management, real estate sales and leasing transactions, and corporate requirements.
Gerry also serves as the executive assistant to the Principals and handles all corporate matters including head office administration, company supply and contract management, and Insurance requirements for both corporate as well as the bulk insurance policies for our properties under management across Western Canada. Gerry coordinates and maintains all Company property management contract files and acts as the liaison with outside counsel on all corporate filings and other matters.
Gerry works closely with the Company Executive and is a valued participant in that group’s business plan and strategy meetings.
